Residential Out-Of-Home Care

The Youth Konnections program provides therapeutic out-of-home care to children and young people who are in the care of the Department. In our homes, children and young people receive intensive therapeutic support that is individualised and trauma-informed.

Rather than the traditionally clinical out-of-home spaces, YCSS’ provides a warm and individualised home. Our homes are staffed with passionate people working for the best possible outcomes for the children and young people in their care.

The staff at YCSS are passionate about delivering the best care and comfort to every client. The Youth Konnections team delivers its support in collaboration with critical professionals and external services. We tailor our support to the client’s individual needs and unique journey.
