YCSS views feedback and complaints as an opportunity for growth, to continuously improve our approach and practice.
Our commitment to you:
- Assess your complaint in a transparent, consistent, and impartial way.
- Acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days.
- Keep you informed on the progress of your complaint.
- Aim for a resolution that is reasonable
Complaints are best resolved by addressing your concerns with the Program Manager. Upon review, the Manager will nominate an appointed person to assist you with your complaint. The appointed person will aim to resolve your complaint through clarification, negotiation, mediation and remedial action in consultation with you.
- A description of what happened including details such as dates, times, location and other persons involved if known.
- Presented in order in which it happened.
- Include any supporting documentation that relates to your concern.
What happens after you make a complaint?
Once we’ve received complaint, the appointed person managing your complaint will keep you informed on the progress of your complaint and any action taken. On completion of the complaint process, records will be made on how your complaint was managed and whether you were satisfied with the outcome.
What if you are not satisfied with the outcome?
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you can request a formal internal review by the CEO Ann Marie Matthews. [email protected]
