YCSS case management is strengths based and a collaborative approach to working with children, young people and families with complex needs. Case management is delivered through a high level of coordination, key professional relationships and direct work with external services, depending on the individual’s needs. YCSS offers evidence based outcomes for children, young people and families and are committed to delivering a high standard of service in line with the HSQF Licensing Standards.

Residential Out of Home Care

YCSS provides residential care services for children and young people having been assessed complex or extreme complex needs on a referral basis.

Intensive Family Support

The KKAT program has been developed to support young people and families who are on the edge of care. Using prevention and early intervention, the aim is to avoid family break down, as well as provide support to young people transitioning from care back into the family unit. The overall goal is to return or keep kids at home, wherever possible.

Respite Care Services

Our Therapeutic Residential Care program can provide short term placements and respite placements. Our experienced and qualified team of professionals are available to meet the needs of each young person, whatever their need and journey.
